A large 4 bedroom Tudor influenced home.

Featuring traditional detailing including overhanging top floor, blackened timber frame between plaster, brick base and square finials. The original style dates back to the mid 1400's.  This style was very popular in America between 1890 & 1940. Stand apart from the rest - only a few examples exist in New Zealand from this later period.
